halloween

i made garden gnome costumes for Roo and her buddy this year and the cuteness just about kills me dead every time i look at these pictures.

we decided to take it easy this halloween. we played at gardner village with buddies, went to the church trunk-or-treat, and then knocked on aunt Dawnica and uncle Logan's door to squeeze in some "real" trick-or-treating. here's a little (shaky) video of Roo post-trick-or-treating:

Ruby was hilarious. she was saying "tee-tee-teet" all day, but as soon as it came time to perform for her candy she went mute. poor thing is so shy. 

overall i'd say it was a successful halloween.
