-food poisoning
-Ruby climbing/falling out of her crib... i was actually right there so i watched it happen. she hoisted herself up (using just her arms-hulk!) until the bar was at her waist, then slowly leaned forward and fell, head-first toward the ground. i lunged for her and kind of caught her on the way down, but she still bumped the floor. i screamed. we were both traumatized. now the ground surrounding her crib is lined with pillows. and how do you know when it's time for a big-kid bed, anyway??
-the hubs randomly saying, "i'm taking Ruby and we're going to go have a cleaning party. you stay here and relax." i mean...
-Roo finally being at the age where i can tell her to hold still/look/sing/sit for the camera and she knows what i'm talking about (whether she actually listens is a different story)
-helping my sister make a big announcement. we're all so excited!
-the way kangaRoo has started to get more and more affectionate over the past few days. she wants to sit and cuddle with me almost every day when i get her up from her nap. it's kind of the sweetest thing
-starting all sorts of new projects
-little miss finally sleeping through the night consistently. hallelujah! she's made us so proud. now we just need to work on breaking the pacifier habit...
